Renting of exclusive private villas In the early years, our portfolio was focused on holiday villas in the Carribean. After this field had successfully established, further destinations were added over the years. This process took a lot of time, since it has always been important to us to know all our products personally. Today, we offer holiday villas in all popular destinations overseas as well as in Europe, most of them personally tested or visited. It is important to note that the majority of our villas has been individually furnished by their owners, who also regularly spend their holidays there. Their attention to detail is obvious and makes it easy to feel „home away from home“!

Sale of exclusive private villas Through our intensive personal contact to many owners of our villas, we are often the primary contact if a villa is being sold. Sometimes it also happens that customers fall in love with one of our holiday villas and a stay that was planned for 2 or 3 weeks becomes „longer“! So over the years, Landmark has found new, happy owners for several villas.

Corporate Travel Services Our product portfolio also includes business travel service. Since 10 years, we serve medium-sized and smaller companies regarding their business trips. We have been working for all of our corporate clients for several years, certainly also because we are not only a call-centre but offer a personal contact and look for individual solutions. Landmark has every needed license like IATA (flight ticketing), Deutsche Bahn Agency, hire cars (Sixt, Avis, Hertz etc.) and worldwide hotel reservation systems (Start / Amadeus).

Incentives & Sports Right from the beginning of our company´s history, Landmark has often successfully created and organized extraordinary and very individual incentive trips and events – in every detail! Of course, this also includes „the classics“: ice hotel with husky safari, kilts and „address to the haggis“ in the highlands, djellabahs and nomad tents in morocco, big-game hunting and great wines in Namibia/South Africa, tsars gold and caviar in St. Petersburg, Great Wall and samurai in China, toreros and passionate flamenco in Andalusia and much more. In 2004, Landmark has entered the new business field „sport events“. In cooperation with our collegues from Maesse Marketing Consulting and Markus Schlegel Consulting (also see „network“), we have supported numerous business customers on the occasion of all big sports events during the last years, in particular: rugby in France, FIFA World Cup in Germany, European Soccer Championship in Austria and Switzerland, cricket World Championship in the Carribean and FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
