General Information
The former monastery which was built in the 17th Century was restored, renovated and converted into a luxury boutique hotel by the two American owners. Situated between Amalfi and Positano, the hotel opens up spectacular views of the coastline and the surrounding area. The wonderful spa facilities and the superb cuisine characterize the "Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel & Spa". Ravello is around 15 minutes, the airport of Naples about 90 minutes away from the hotel.
Rooms and suites
In total there are 12 guest rooms and eight suites. All rooms are individually and comfortably furnished with antiques. Breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast, flat screen TV, internet access, safe and 24-hour room service are only some features of the rooms.
Culinary
The restaurant of the "Monastero Santa Rosa Hotel & Spa" serves Italian dishes, specialties from Campania as well as fresh fish and seafood. The terrace with sea views is ideal for romantic dinners. Light meals and snacks are prepared at the bar and the lounge area by the pool.
Body & Soul
In the monastery walls from the 17th century, a true spa oasis was integrated. In addition to the tepidarium, a whirlpool foot bath, steam room, sauna, ice fountain, hydrotherapy pool and showers, first class massages and treatments will be offered.
Active
The beautiful infinity pool is ideal for swimming and refreshing. For extended shopping or sightseeing tours to Amalfi or Positiano the hotel offers a shuttle bus. The area is also ideal for walking and hiking.
