General Information
The Desert Palm Hotel is located in the desert of Dubai and harmoniously combines traditional Arabic architecture with every luxury one can imagine. In the backdrop of the hotel four polo fields are extending, which provide with its lush green and the yellow sand of the desert an contrast of the special kind. The Dubai airport is about 25 minutes away.
Rooms and suites
A total of 24 suites and villas are spread throughout the area. All rooms are individually decorated and equipped with modern technology. The furnishing of the rooms was chosen in order to blend harmoniously into the environment. Amenities of each room include: air conditioning, safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, wi-fi internet access, iPod docking station, Bang & Olufsen CD / DVD player and flat screen TV.
Culinary
A total of four restaurants and bars care for the physical wellbeing of the guests. The "Rare" servers numerous grilled meat variants as well as freshly caught fish that is grilled in a wood oven. The open kitchen concept allows you to watch the chef while preparing the dishes for you. The "Red” offers a selection of fine wines and cocktails that are served in a relaxed atmosphere. The "Epicure" extends along the pool. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool the vegetation and the polo field. The offers range from fresh salads, freshly squeezed juices to wood oven baked pizza. Additionally the gourmet market of the "Epicure" offers specialties such as fresh bread, cheese or chocolate for take away. If you prefer to dine in a more private atmosphere you use the inroom-dining service.
Body & Soul
Get yourself a break in the "Lime" Spa. By the combination of light and aroma elements a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere has been created. In a total of six spa suites aromatherapy, facials and a variety of other treatments and massages are offered.
Active
In addition to the infinity pool there is a fitness room available. In and around the hotel there Is a variety of activities available. Altogether four polo courts are offered to the guests. Many excursions are organized to the near surroundings of Dubai, such as indoor skiing, sky diving, horse or camel riding, bird watching or shopping trips.
Further Information
Further hotel amenities include a business center and meeting facilities. All employees of the Desert Palm are trained multilingual so there won’t be any wishes undesired. Furthermore, there is a laundry service, a saddlery, an art studio and a boutique available.
