Baros Maldives is only 25 minutes away from Male with the speed boat. The islands sand is so soft that guests do not really need shoes and the reef invites guests to discover the under water world.

The 75 villas are divided into five categories. All of them offer comfort on a very high level and are designed with natural materials and a decent colour theme. The villas have Air-Condition, TV, iPod docking station, free internet access, an espresso maker, a minibar and a safe.

The fine dining restaurant "The Lighthouse” can already be seen by arrival to the island and is the landmark of the little island. The main restaurant "Lime Restaurant” creates culinary delights from all over the world.

The spa has just been renovated and is now open to spoil guests. Yoga fans can book an Indian yoga instructor.
Active
The PADI-Diving station offers everything guests need to explore the underwater world. The island is also famous for its Manta point where the possibility is very high to meet a Manta during December and May. Baros has also the one and only "Eco Dive Centre” of the Maldives and has a program to check the reefs. The hotel has also a gym.

The "Maldivian Lounge” opened in February 2011 and informs guests about the culture and history of the Maldives. Baros offers also a dry cleaning serve, a boutique, medical assistance on call and 24 hour Villa-Dining.
