Open Kitchen:
The modern built-in kitchen adheres to the latest standards in technology and its Alpine charm invites guests to spoil their friends and family with home-made delicacies. An ice-maker, bean to cup coffee maker, ceran stove, microwave and oven from brand name manufacturers leave amateur chefs wanting for nothing. This range of services is complemented by Maierl-Alm’s excellent delivery service to the chalets

Dining Area:
Guests can spend many comfortable hours in the built-in seating area with upholstered benches
The beautiful oak table is perfect for any occasion

Rooms:
Each chalet contains 4 double rooms each with its own shower/bath (ensuite bath).
Lots of wood, natural materials and old wood paneling create a comfortable atmosphere.
The comfy beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and the soft and cuddly beds ensure a deep and restful sleep.
Each bedroom contains a flat screen television with SAT-TV Internet & WLAN are available free of charge.
Free WiFi Internet access.

Private Spa Area:
Each chalet has a private spa area with Finnish sauna.
The large glass windows allow an undisturbed view while in the sauna.
The rain showerhead and the dousing shower with fresh spring water provide the perfect shower experience after the sauna.
A large and comfortable sunbathing lawn invites guests to while away the hours
The entertainment electronics provided (SAT-TV and DVD) ensure unlimited fun while relaxing
One excellent feature is the private whirlpool for 4-5 guests.
Guests can enjoy the sensational panoramic view during the day and a breathtaking starry sky at night while the various massage functions relax the muscles for the next day of physical activity

Underground Garage:
You can either park your car in the underground garage or on the outside parking close to the Maierl-Alm. You can reach your chalet from the underground garage via an underground tunnel.

Cleaning and Towels:
We want, that you feel in our chalet "at home". We do not want to disturb you during your holiday.
We clean the chalet during your stay once a week, in the middle of the week, after talking to you.
At your arrival everthing is well prepared with fresh bed-linen, towels and and a bath-robe.

Sustainability and Environmental Protection:
Fresh water from the hotel’s own mountain spring and the use of an economical and environmentally friendly pellet heating system with solar support as well the chalets’ well-insulated design reflect our concept of sustainability and respect for what we leave behind for the next generations.
