Partly an old finca, the main house of this beautiful villa is a new construction, but built in a traditional ibizenco style, including a stone tower which houses the main kitchen.The villa is situated up on a hill amidst ample terrassed gardens outside the village of San Carlos, facing southwest, overlooking the sea towards Formentera.There are 2 suites(with deposit box) and 3 double bedrooms, all with bathroom ensuite and each with their own private terrace. Also, all rooms have access to the wonderful garden.

The main kitchen (fully equipped) is upstairs, plus you find a smaller kitchen and bodega downstairs in the old part of the house. Each of the two livingrooms has an open fireplace, plus there is a chill-out area indoor with fireplace.

Outside the big living room there is a main terrace with dining area. In the garden there are several secluded terraces and 2 patios.The saltwaterpool measures 15x8m and is seperated from the house, one terrace down, which makes it more private. Swimming in it you overlook the sea all the way towards Formentera.

There is a poolhouse with kitchen and lounge area with open fireplace right by the pool plus a spa with sauna, steambath, massage-area and fitnessroom, all fitted with wi-fi and soundsystem. Two extrabeds can be set up in the spa, which is very private and comfortable.

The house can easily be divided for 2 families.
