Villa Farma

The authentic Istrian country house from the beginning of the 20th century, is located on the magical peninsula of Istria, where you can see the lights of Venice on clear nights. The villa is the perfect retreat in order to relax, find peace and enjoy leisure time. This luxury villa is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and Mediterranean maquis.

The luxurious accommodation is suitable for up to 10 people. The main and guest house are connected by a covered way. All rooms are air conditioned and furnished with furniture from the 18th and 19 century.
On the ground floor of the main building is a kitchen and a dining room with fireplace, a spacious living room with fireplace, a covered terrace, an indoor pool with steam room and a fitness center.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and is equipped with fireplace and bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms with bathroom en-suite are located on the next level. The guest house offers a living room with dining area and fireplace, a bed for two persons, a bathroom and another bedroom in the gallery.
There is another building on the property with a wine cellar and an oil refinery.

Throughout the stay, guests have a housekeeper, a cook and a waiter at their disposal. The large outdoor pool in the garden has the ideal temperature fr swimming.
