Torre del Mar

This finca from the 15th century is situated at majorca´s northwest coast, near Deia, above the sea in a quiet area.
On the property there is not only the finca, but also a tower that was used for defense against pirates a long time ago.

Through the gate of the mansion you get to the beautifully planted patio where you can find a shadily place for dinner on hot summer days.

The living area with fireplace is arranged on three levels. From here you get to the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area. Levitating stairs lead to the first floor and the tower.

In the masterbedroom (first floor, with satellite TV) there is a fireplace and a large adjoining bathroom. From the bed you can see the sea. From this level you can also enter the tower. Through a small office you get to the spiral stairs that lead you to two more guest bedrooms and a bathroom. From the tower you can enjoy a panoramic view in all directions.

On the roof-deck there are four sunloungers. From here, you have a wonderful view of the hills and the sea. A pergola covered with bamboo protects you from the sun.
