Finca Calvia

This villa was built in a traditional finca style in the hinterland of Majorca´s soutwest coast, near Calvia. A driveway leads to the forecourt with 2 garages and access to the mediterranean patio with a fountain and a sitting area.

From the foyer of the villa you get to the fully equipped kitchen with any comfort, a fireplace and a large wine fridge. Next to the kitchen there is a terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or prepare meals in the outdoor summerkitchen. Adjoining to the (inner) kitchen, there is the living - and dining room, also with fireplace and seating-accomodation for up to 10 persons. From here you can also step onto another terrace with comfortable seats and the large garden with swimmingpool (14x4,5m) and pool shower.

From the garden you can enjoy the calmness and wonderful views of the landscape with olive - and almond groves.

On the ground floor of the finca there are also two bedrooms with shower bath and balcony/terrace as well as an additional guest lavatory.

On the first floor there is the masterbedroom, which is on a seperate corridor with the belonging bathroom and dressing room. Two more bedrooms on this floor (each with phone, TV and balcony) share a bathroom.
