In an unspoilt area, surrounded by a typical Tuscan pine forest, lies this beautiful Villa Il Tombolino. Located on the beach, the villa is just right for a great family vacation. A five minute walkl through the grounds of the villa leads you directly to the sandy beach.

Pergolas, terraces, lawns and the orchard provide ample space for quiet and relaxing outside living. Really nice is the huge teak-floored deck to the rear of the villa. With a large pine tree for shade and equipped with chairs, sofas and loungers the terrace invites you to stay and enjoy. In 2008 the villa was newly refurbished to a very high standard with computer-controlled heating, lighting, air conditioning and many other conveniences. Despite the quiet location, the villa is within walking distance of restaurants, shops,playgrounds and sports facilities of all kinds.
Through electronically controlled gates a driveway leads to the large parking lot in front of the house. From here you walk through a front garden to the main entrance. The ground floor has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace. About the three glazed arches guests have access to large teak terrace. The kitchen, office, guest bathroom and laundry room are also located on this floor.
On the first floor is a small guest bathroom with shower and six double rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms (5 king-size beds and a queen-size bed). Two bathrooms with a bathtub and the rest each equipped with a shower. Three of the bedrooms offer access to a sharable terrace overlooking the rear garden area. A staircase leads to another room perhaps suitable for a nanny with a mezzanine bed. Another hidden staircase leads to a game room with TV, sofa, chair, mezzanine bed, kitchenette and shower room.
